2004: Conducted EE clinic in Izhevsk, Russia. Attended an international Ethnic sensitive EE clinic in Quezon City, Philippines

1999: Held EE clinic in Kirov, Russia. Conducted EE clinic in Davao, Philippines to train local pastors how to train their congregations in evangelism. Along with his team, Len also conducted three nights of Miracle Healing Crusades near the city of Davao

1996: (June) Along with his wife, Marcia, Len became full-time, independent missionaries. Founded Len Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit corporation

1995: Returned to Nizhny Novgorod, Russia and conducted second clinic to teach Russian Pastors how to share the Gospel

1993: Taught the first Evangelism Explosion (EE) clinic in the former Soviet Union held in Moscow, Russia

1991: Conducted five nights of evangelistic crusades and completed a church plant in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia

1990: Masters in Theology at Andersonville College and Seminary

1988: Began full time ministry as an Associate Pastor
